The Rapala Fish n Fillet knife is truly the best knife I have ever owned for filleting fish. I have used the small and big blade to fillet all sizes of fish. The blade will stay sharp a lot longer than other knives and if you sharpen it before every use you will have a razor sharp blade to easily fillet your catch.
